Return & Refund Policy

**No Refund After Subscription Purchase:**  

Any premium membership purchased on subhmangalvivah.in will not be refunded once activated.  

Since the service is provided in digital format, it cannot be canceled or returned.

**Payment Error or Duplicate Transaction:**  

If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error during the transaction, please send the relevant proof (Transaction ID/Screenshot) to **support@subhmangalvivah.in**.  

After verification, an appropriate refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

**Service Satisfaction:**  

Our service depends on your personal experience. We assist in matching profiles but do not guarantee finding a partner.  

Therefore, a “refund if not satisfied” clause is not applicable.

**Membership Validity:**  

Premium membership is valid only for a specific period (e.g., 30/60/90 days).  

The membership will automatically expire after the validity period ends.

**Cancellation Request:**  

If a membership has been purchased by mistake and the service has not yet been activated, contact our support team within 24 hours.  

A decision will be made after verification by the company.
